Look beyond the star rating
A useful review tells you what the person purchased and what part of the experience they are describing. Clear communication, understandable instructions and the condition of a physical item are different from a personal interpretation of spiritual results.
One person's experience can help you understand their perspective. It does not establish what everyone will experience. Compare the review with the actual listing rather than using an enthusiastic sentence as the whole service description.
Be specific when writing your own
Describe what you personally experienced. You can mention ordering, communication, instructions or changes you noticed, while keeping your interpretation honest. Do not present a wish, a copied story or somebody else's experience as your own.
- Identify the service or item.
- Describe the part you can personally speak about.
- Separate observations from spiritual interpretations.
- Leave out recipient details and private information about others.
Keep private issues in support
If something needs fixing, send the order reference privately so the issue can be looked at. A review can remain personal without becoming a public record of your relationship or someone else's details. Share only what you are comfortable making visible.
