Order recipient details
When you place an order, we collect the recipient's full name and date of birth so we can identify who the spiritual work, binding, companion, or related item is for. Some location-based services also require the address entered in the item order notes. These details are saved with the order, are visible only to authorised shop administrators, and are used for order fulfilment and support. Payment information is processed separately by Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.
Signed-in carts and reminders
When you are signed in, we may save the listings, options and quantities in your cart so the cart can be followed up safely. We send a cart reminder email only when you actively tick the reminder box. Each reminder includes a way to unsubscribe. Saved cart details are removed after payment, when the cart is emptied, or after 14 days.
