Artwork or a product photo: what will I actually receive?

Know the difference between service imagery and a photograph of a physical item.

The image helps introduce the listing

Spiritual-service artwork communicates a theme or intended benefit. It may show a figure, ritual scene or symbolic object. That does not mean the pictured person or object is included in your purchase.

For a physical amulet, vessel or other item, read whether the photograph shows the actual item and what the selected option includes. Do not decide shipping, size or material from an illustration alone.

Read the delivery details

For example, a spell illustration may feature candles and jewellery while the listing offers a remote service. A photographed pendant may instead be a physical item. The description and option you select establish what you are ordering.

  • Identify whether it is a service or physical product.
  • Check the selected option.
  • Look for included items and delivery information.
  • Ask about unclear size, material or imagery before paying.

Ask a concrete question

'Will this exact pendant be shipped with this option?' is easier to answer than 'Is the picture real?' Include the listing name. A clear answer helps you choose with the right expectations and avoids a misunderstanding about what the artwork represents.
