Start with the order and the question
A useful support message identifies the listing, the order reference and the exact issue. 'I am unsure about this instruction' is easier to answer when you include the wording than when you send only 'please check everything'.
Keep recipient names, dates of birth, private photos and relationship details out of public comments or reviews. Use the shop's stated private support route when a question concerns personal order information.
Separate several issues
If you need to correct a detail and ask about completion, number the two questions. For example: '1. I entered this field incorrectly. What should I do? 2. Where can I check completion information?' This keeps the message clear without making it formal.
- Listing name and order reference.
- A short description of the issue.
- The exact instruction or detail concerned.
- A relevant screenshot with unrelated private details hidden.
Verify the route before sending sensitive details
Use the support link on the shop rather than an unsolicited account claiming to be Sabrina. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in a message. If somebody requests unexpected information, verify through the known shop contact first.
