Start with what made you connect the two
Perhaps a dream included a figure, setting or symbol that reminded you of a listing. Record that connection honestly. It can be interesting to explore, but the resemblance alone does not confirm who appeared or why.
Also note recent reading and expectations. If you spent the evening studying a companion's description, that belongs in the context. You can remain curious without removing ordinary possibilities from the record.
Reflect on the whole dream
Instead of focusing only on the striking figure, notice the mood, the conversation and your own actions. For example, a protective scene might lead you to reflect on boundaries you need in daily life, whether or not you interpret it spiritually.
- Record the details while fresh.
- Explain why it reminded you of the connection.
- Write alternative explanations.
- Look for useful reflection rather than a verdict.
Avoid building a biography from one night
Do not replace supplied companion information with names, identities or historical claims taken from a dream. Keep the dream in your personal journal. If you need clarification about the actual service or information provided, ask that question directly.
