Why Tua Pek Gong?
Tua Pek Gong is also known as Fu De Zheng Shen, 福德正神. One background legend describes Zhang Fu De as a respected Zhou Dynasty official responsible for taxation, which connects his story with authority, wealth and career success.
The Jadeite Dragon Scepter (玉龙杖), Jade Belt (玉带环腰) and Gold Ingot (金元宝) express the prosperity, standing and protection at the heart of this binding.
