Before you pay
Read the full description, select the correct option and review the total in your cart. Check whether you are buying a physical item, a one-time service or a recurring offering. Any timing or required information should be taken from that specific listing.
The checkout asks for the recipient's full name and date of birth so the order identifies who the work or item is for. Review those details carefully. Some listings request additional information in the order notes; only provide what that listing actually needs.
After placing your order
Keep your confirmation and order reference. You can use My account to review order information. If you need clarification, use the Telegram link on the shop and include the listing name, order reference and your question. Keep recipient information out of public reviews.
Payment and completion are separate stages. A successful payment does not mean every service is completed immediately. Refer to the listing and the information for your order rather than assuming one schedule applies to the whole shop.
Changes, refunds and recurring services
Check the shop's current Terms of Service and Refund Policy for the applicable conditions. If you need to change something or ask about a recurring service, contact Sabrina with your order reference. This guide does not create a separate cancellation or refund promise.
