Make one private reference page
If you have several connections, organisation makes the practice easier. Keep each listing name, order reference and supplied instructions in one private place. You can add a short note about the connection's described focus so you are not relying on memory.
Do not fill gaps with details borrowed from another listing. If two companions share a broad category, that does not mean every instruction or description applies to both. Record what you actually received.
Separate storage from spiritual attention
For physical vessels, labels and individual pouches can prevent ordinary mix-ups. For your routine, choose a manageable approach: one connection at a time or a general quiet session with individual notes afterwards. Use any specific order instructions as your starting point.
- Keep supplied names and details private.
- Label physical items without marking delicate surfaces.
- Record any unanswered questions.
- Review the list before adding another connection.
It does not have to be perfectly equal
You do not need a strict minute-by-minute rota to make every session count. Some weeks you may focus on learning one set of instructions. The point is knowing what you have and why, rather than letting a growing collection become confusing.
